I was an educational broadcaster at WHRWfm @ SUNY Binghamton and was removed from a Live on air broadcast by NYS security officers under the order of the Station GM who is also a NYS employee. Andrew Cuomo then NYS AG ordered Federal Judge Thomas McAvoy to dismiss my 42 USC 1983 action against the University (who is expressly responsible for the station broadcast policy under NYS Reg). The policy is unconstitutional in that it places a 24 hr ban on profanity and indecent speech. The 2d Cir ruled there is no basis in law and fact for any appeal from McAvoy's decision and the US Supreme Court refused to grant cert - contact me and I'll fill you in on the details - this matter has been censored from all Press (Mainstream Newspapers, &c) and Media (e.g., Fox originally covered the story) there are links on my profile. The pretence for banning me from broadcasting at the station is on the frmr GM's allegation that I broadcast a sound recording at 4am containing the word "shit". McAvoy (a RayGun appointee) complied with Andrew's demand and Andrew is now NYS Governor
